Hello friends, I am Shannon Barnett, born in Johnson City, and lived in Metro Atlanta for 20 years. While in Atlanta, my love for creating great food (inspired by my mom and grandmothers) led to a career change and enrolling in culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu, where I graduated with honors and 4.0 grade average.
After working at some high-end restaurants in Atlanta, country clubs, cooking for Tri-Cities children at Coalition for Kids and patients at Franklin Woods Hospital, I loved all of this, but I wanted to share my passion for great food and making people happy with you!

With the varied experiences I have had, I have become proficient in many cuisine styles, simple or gourmet; traditional Southern, Bar-b-que, Italian, French and more! Personal chef events for parties of
1 – 15 people are available with a two-week notice.
Get ready for a fantastic dining experience in your home:
Step 1: The Planning Meeting: How many people, let’s build a menu,
Step 2: Logistics: Where is the event, in your home or another location, do we have access to a kitchen, and how is it equipped?
Step 3: Getting it Done: Most of the food prep will be done in our kitchen; however, final preparation will be done at your site. Additional servers, bartenders and entertainment can be arranged.
Step 4: Enjoy: We love to deliver great food, lot’s of flavor and HAPPINESS!
And did I say no worries, we will clean-up
everything before we leave!!
Catered events for parties of 10-100 are available with a two-week notice. Here is the easy process to a memorable event:
Step 1: The Planning Meeting: How many people, let’s build a menu, allergy concerns, or religious beliefs that would
eliminate some foods.
Step 2: Logistics: Where is the event, inside or out,
does it have a prep area, etc.
Step 3: Getting it Done: Most of the food prep will be done in our kitchen; however, when possible we like to do final touches on site.
Step 4: Enjoy: We love to deliver great food, lots of flavor and HAPPINESS!
Make your event run as smooth as possible.
Fusionary has lots of friends that we can coordinate for an awesome event - Might be a small charge, but
worth it for a no-worry great time.

going to love but just making sure

Phyllo dough layered with sautéed spinach, onion, and feta
baked to perfection
Panko crusted mashed potatoes, white cheddar, scallions, and Virginia ham served with Texas Pete aioli sauce
Boursin and cream cheese balls rolled into dried cranberries and candied pecans drizzled with clove honey
Ask about entree salads as well
A bed of baby arugula with watermelon chunks and shave jicama
served with a white balsamic dressing
Potatoes, onions and celery, steamed tender then folded together with mayo, mustard and pickle relish
We can prepare vegetarian selections, gluten free or to match your current diet
Hand cut and battered chicken strips fried to perfection and a three-cheese macaroni & cheese topped with crumbled bacon
and panko mixture
Seasoned scallops seared until tender and sautéed garlic cilantro marinated shrimp served on avocado and lime juice brown rice drizzled with burre blanc and freshly squeezed lemon
Layers of lasagna noodles with thin sliced yellow squash, zucchini, spinach, ricotta cheese, tomato, onion, and red wine sauce. Topped with mozzarella and parmesan
We can also offer sugar free options that are yummy
Brownie chunks layered with chocolate pudding, whipped cream and topped with shaved chocolate
Sliced bananas, cooked vanilla pudding, vanilla wafers topped with whipped cream and crumbled vanilla wafers
Moist spice carrot cake with cream cheese icing
